Our Wine Moving Process

During this portion of the process you will be able to give as much information.  While we have the utmost discretion when handling sensitive information about your wine and its location, the more information we have on the logistics involved with the pickup and delivery locations, the faster and more accurate our quote will be, such as flights of stairs up or down to the cellar, distance from cellar to the driveway, etc. Additional helpful details include whether you need packing & unpacking supplies and services, whether you would like to have the wine inventoried, or if additional insurance coverage will be needed.

From the information you have provided via the Request A Quote step, we will provide you with a detailed Shipping Proposal Estimate, providing clear and transparent itemized costs related to the safe shipment of your wine collection.

Once you approve your Shipping Proposal Estimate, we will get the ball rolling on our end and make the necessary arrangements to begin scheduling the pickup of your collection from your residence or wine storage facility by our wine professional via our temperature-controlled vehicles. During the pickup process, we can also pack the wine for you and provide a detailed inventory of your collection.

Once your wine has been picked up, your collection will be transported via temperature-controlled vehicles to its final destination. Throughout the relocation process, you will have your own dedicated point of contact throughout the relocation process to provide updates of the progress of your shipment. Our goal is to provide transparency so you will be assured of the safe transport of their collection.

When your wine is ready for final delivery via our temperature controlled vehicle, your account manager will work with you directly on making those arrangements. During the delivery process, we can also unpack the wine for you and rack it in your cellar as well as removing all the boxes so you have clean and ready-to-drink collection!
